Digitech sought to increase brand visibility and drive higher engagement for its premium products in the competitive market. As the digital marketing lead, I implemented a comprehensive strategy focusing on SEO, paid advertising, content creation, and customer engagement to help LG improve its market positioning.

My Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conducted in-depth market research and competitor analysis

  • Optimized LG’s website for SEO, improving content and technical aspects

  • Set up Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager for advanced tracking

  • Developed paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads

  • Created engaging social media content using Canva (both static and animated)

  • Developed lead capture strategies and personalized email marketing workflows through CRM

  • Built and maintained a content calendar to ensure consistent content delivery

  • Formed partnerships with local coffee shops and restaurants to increase brand exposure

Strategy & Execution

  • Market Research: Conducted competitor analysis, identified key market gaps, and refined LG’s positioning strategy by analyzing customer behavior and trends.

  • Tracking Setup: Integrated Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for real-time tracking, Google Search Console for keyword insights, and Google Tag Manager (GTM) to track website events and user interactions.

  • SEO Optimization: Optimized website meta titles, descriptions, and on-page elements to improve keyword rankings. Created new, SEO-friendly content and landing pages to attract organic traffic.

  • Paid Advertising: Ran Meta ads with “Reservation” buying types for brand awareness and “Auction” buying types for sales conversions. Launched Google Ads Search and Display campaigns targeting high-intent keywords and competitor terms.

  • Lead Capture & CRM: Developed forms, landing pages, and email workflows to nurture leads for premium products like air fryers and smart home appliances. Sent personalized follow-ups through the CRM system to increase conversion.

  • Social Media Content Creation: Designed both static and animated visuals with Canva for social media platforms. Managed a content calendar to ensure timely and relevant posts. Analyzed metrics like engagement, CTR, and reach to optimize future content.

  • Local Partnerships: Partnered with local coffee shops and restaurants to showcase LG products, increasing real-life exposure and encouraging word-of-mouth marketing.
